Hoffa Joins Thousands to
Support Clean and Safe Ports in
Oakland
Yesterday, Teamsters General
President Jim Hoffa joined more than 3,000 environmental,
community and labor advocates at a march and rally to call for
clean air and good jobs at the Port of
Oakland
through the implementation of a comprehensive clean trucks
program.
Carhaul Ballots Mailed July 14
Ballots and voting
materials have been mailed to Teamster members covered under the
National Carhaul
Agreement. Local leaders have unanimously endorsed this
tentative agreement.
