As you may know, the U.S. House released H.R. 3962, the Affordable Health Care for America Act, last week.  The bill will cover 96 percent of Americans, makes coverage more affordable for all, creates new consumer protections that will end discrimination against the sick, and caps what Americans pay out-of-pocket.  In addition, it includes an employer mandate to either provide coverage for employees or make contributions on their behalf into an insurance pool, and this bill would not tax benefits.  As of now, the House is scheduled to vote on the bill this Saturday, November 7^th.
